Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the timepiece you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Pack the watch securely in its original box with all warranty cards and tags attached; our courier partner will perform a basic on-site check during pickup.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 24-48 hours.
Refund or Exchange
After the watch reaches our warehouse and passes final quality control, we will process your full refund or dispatch your exchanged timepiece within 5 business days.
